Organizer: All About Padel SDN BHD and SCOREHUB DDN BHD (“the Organizer”)
Event: Padel For Asia 1st edition (“the Tournament”)

1.1. Registration for the Tournament is only confirmed upon full payment of the registration fee and receipt of confirmation from the Organizer.
1.2. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason.
1.3. Participants must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements set out by the Organizer prior to participation.

2.1. Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the Organizer in writing via email at [Insert contact email].
2.2. Refunds for cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer, taking into consideration factors such as timing, administrative costs, and reason for withdrawal.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns). In such cases, the Organizer will determine if a refund or credit will be provided.

3.1. Participation in the Tournament is at the participant’s own risk.
3.2. The Organizer, venue owners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from participation, except where caused by proven gross negligence of the Organizer.
3.3. Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own personal accident or health insurance. Emergency medical expenses, hospitalization, and related costs are not covered by the Organizer.
3.4. Participants are expected to play responsibly and follow all tournament and safety rules.

4.1. By participating, each participant grants the Organizer full rights to use photographs, videos, and other media featuring their image, likeness, or performance, for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes in any medium, without further notice or compensation.
4.2. The Organizer retains ownership of all event media and may share them with partners, sponsors, and media outlets.

5.1. The Organizer collects and processes participants’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
5.2. Data collected (such as name, contact details, and emergency information) will be used solely for the administration and management of the Tournament, including communications, logistics, and results publication.
5.3. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for the conduct of the Tournament (e.g., venue operators, sponsors, or insurers).
5.4. Participants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting the Organizer at [Insert contact email].

6.1. Participants must adhere to the rules of the game, respect officials, and maintain good sportsmanship at all times.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant found to be engaging in misconduct, including cheating, verbal abuse, or endangering others.

7.1. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, sponsors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation in the Tournament.

8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By registering for the Tournament, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
